We have physical Gift Cards and eGift Cards.

These can be purchased over the phone with Client Services. Physical Gift Cards will be delivered by Express Post and eGift Cards will be delivered to your specified email within 24 hours or at a later date and time of your choosing.

You may also purchase physical Gift Cards in any Oroton boutique or Oroton Outlet store. You can find your nearest Oroton store here.

Returns:

Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

Lost or Stolen:

Physical Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

eGift Cards can be re-emailed if lost. Please email customerservice@oroton.com with your proof of purchase (Order Confirmation or in store receipt) and the full or remaining amount on card for verification. We may require more points of verification.

Expiration:

Physical Gift Cards expire 3 years from the date of issue (or 3 years from date of purchase for EGift Cards). Gift cards are partially redeemable and it is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period. Any balance that remains on the Gift Card after expiry will not be available for use. Amendments to the NSW Fair Trading Act 1987 were passed by the NSW Parliament in October 2017 to be implemented on 31 March 2018. The amendments introduce a mandatory 3-year expiry date on gift cards and gift vouchers sold to consumers in NSW. We are pleased to announce that from 9 February 2018, all Oroton gift cards purchased will have a 3-year expiry date, irrespective of state of purchase. How do I check the balance of my Gift Card?

Online: Enter your unique 21 digit barcode and secure pin HERE or at checkout.

In store: the available balance of your Gift Card will appear on your receipt after each purchase. You can also check your balance at any Oroton boutique or Oroton Outlet store.

When will my Gift Card expire?

Any gift card purchased prior to February 9, 2018 will have an expiration date of 12 months from the date of issue. Gift cards purchased from February 9, 2018 onwards will have a 3 year expiration from the date of issue, reflecting updated Australian legislation.

What do I do if my gift card has expired?

All gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of issue (or date of purchase for eGift cards), if your card has expired we cannot extend. Please email customerservice@ororton.com if you have any concerns.

Can I use Afterpay to purchase a Gift Card?

You cannot purchase a Gift Card using Afterpay.

Can I do split payments methods to purchase a Gift Card?

You can purchase using a range of Card Payments or PayPal.

When using my Gift Card, can I do split payments?

You can redeem as much of the Gift Card as you wish and pay the remaining amount using Card Payment or PayPal.

How is my refund processed if purchased with a Gift Card?

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. If you wish to return an item(s) from your order purchased with a Gift Card, the refund amount with be re-issued on a physical or eGift Card only for the validity period left from the date of issue or date of purchase.

Can I purchase Gift Cards in other currencies?

We only offer Gift Cards in AUD. Gift Cards redeemed in store and online and will be processed in local currency at the daily exchange rate, this rate is set by a third party provider.

eGift Card FAQs

How quickly will I receive my eGift Card?

Once payment has been accepted, the Oroton eGift Card will be delivered to the requested email after 10am or 4pm, depending on the time of purchase. If the eGift Card is scheduled for a later date, the eGift Card will be received after 10am or 4pm (AEST) on the requested date.

What will I receive after I purchase a eGift Card over the phone?

The recipient of the eGift Card receives an email displaying the amount, a personalised message and an eGift card unique barcode and secure pin that is to be entered when using online and store. You can either print the eGift Card from your computer or use it directly from your mobile phone.

How do I use my eGift Card online?

To redeem your eGift Card, select the Gift Card payment option at checkout and enter in the unique 21 digit barcode number from the eGift Card email received. Redeem the amount you wish and enter in the secure pin provided. If you wish to partially use your eGift Card, enter in your desired amount and click "redeem", then select another payment option to pay the remaining amount.

Can I use my Egift card in store?

You can redeem your eGift Card in store by displaying the eGift Card email on your mobile phone or present a printed copy of the email at any Oroton Boutique or Oroton Outlet store. Oroton Gift Cards are not able to be redeemed in Myer or David Jones concession stores.

When will my eGift Card expire?

Physical Gift Card FAQs

When will I receive my physical Gift Card?

Oroton physical Gift Cards can be purchased in store or over the phone with a Client Services Advisor. Once the physical Gift Card has been paid for, you will receive the Gift Card straight away in store, or via Express Post if purchased over the phone.

What will I receive after I purchase a physical Gift Card?

You will receive a receipt outlining your order details and the physical Gift Card with its own Gift Card cover.

How do I use my physical Gift Card online

To redeem your physical Gift Card, select the Gift Card payment option at checkout and enter in the unique 21 digit barcode number from the back of your Gift Card. Redeem the amount you wish. If you wish to partially use your physical Gift Card, enter in your desired amount and click "redeem", then select another payment option to pay the remaining amount.

I left my gift card at home, can I still purchase in store using it?

No, gift cards need to be redeemed at the time of purchase.
