On the 30th of November we announced to the ASX that we are going into Voluntary Administration. Whilst this is really sad news, it will be business as usual as we work through the process. We are an iconic Australian brand and have been going strong for 79 years... and we are working on being even stronger when we’re on the other side.

We absolutely adore our customers, and we know how much you love us too. All the support we receive humbles every one of us, from our store staff to support teams.

We’d also like to address the delay some of you have experienced in receiving your online order lately. Our warehouse moved location and we’ve had some issues with that which has meant a longer than usual response time from our Client Services team. Sorry. It bugs us too. A lot. Our announcement today and this warehouse issue are not related.

We know this isn’t great and we’re doing everything we can to get back to each and every one of you. We are working around the clock with a much bigger team both in our warehouse and support office, and are determined to turn this around.
